Beyond Talk Therapy
There is so much to heal beyond words.
Do you or your child struggle with talking about how you feel?
Do you find yourself drawn to the arts?
Do you find yourself physically stuck?
Talking is great. But it is not everything. By using modes of expression, feeling, and relating beyond talking, we are able to gain more access to ourselves. Perhaps engaging in the expressive arts or working movements and/or yoga into sessions would be right for you.
